The spacious accommodations at this Kailua-Kona resort feature one or two-bedroom suites that can comfortably host four to six guests, with sizes ranging from 1,123 to 1,686 square feet. Each suite comes equipped with a master bedroom featuring a king bed, a guest room with another king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy the convenience of private bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, alongside two bathrooms to enhance your comfort. For your convenience, please note that our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival. Thus, the specific suite you will occupy is assigned upon check-in. The photos displayed represent various suite types available on-site. If you have any particular requests regarding floor, unit, or building numbers, feel free to inquire upon arrival; our dedicated reservation staff will do their utmost to accommodate you. While we strive to honor these requests, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific assignments. If your stay exceeds four nights, a new suite may be allocated for housekeeping purposes to maintain our high standards.

Please ensure that the individual checking in is at least 21 years old and has a valid ID and credit card in their name. A $100 pre-authorization charge will be required at check-in. You will receive email confirmation displaying your name as the guest within 14 days prior to your arrival. Should you need to modify the name on the reservation after submission, a fee of $99.00 will apply. Any damages incurred will be charged upon checkout.
