Conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from Honolulu Airport. Rent a car or take a taxi for approximately $45, depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon your arrival.

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For early check-ins or late checkouts, we recommend booking an extra night.

Our welcome starter supply kit includes essential items for your stay, ensuring convenience from the moment you arrive.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team ensures rigorous cleaning standards across all properties, using scent-free detergents and thorough inspections.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive a complete set of towels per guest, with bedding configured for your comfort.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
Laundry facilities available on each floor with convenient hours from 8 AM to 10 PM daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund; 14-30 days before will receive a 50% refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended
