Summary: The views from the condo were outstanding. The condition of the unit was good, but a bit dated (especially the carpet and bathroom). Parking was very easy and accessing the unit was similar. Information was very clear and while I understand some renters don't care for properties properly, I felt somewhat put off by the list of charges that I would incur for different items. The two issues that were a bit frustrating for us were the lack of sheets that fit the "day bed" in the living room. There WERE sheets in the linen closet, but they did not fit that mattress. Also, in the dryer, the lint-trap cover was not secure and worse that than a couple of my wife's shirts were ruined by something from the dryer that left stains. A superintendent visited after my initial complaint about this and determined a seal on the dryer had failed. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but there were definitely "hiccups".
