Summary: The place was fine for our purpose. Two beds and a bath with a kitchen and lanai. Fit the bill. It's in the big city, so there is noise. Sirens and parties outside. From the positive, there is an air conditioner unit that drowns out most of that noise in the bedroom. Owners need to fix the tube to the window.
