Summary: This condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Some have commented that it was small, but it was quite roomy for a condo in Hawaii. It was nice to have a separate room with the two twin beds for my teenage boys and a sizeable living room and balcony in addition to a separate bedroom with a king bed, decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher, and good size bathroom with a washer and dryer. There was also an AC unit which not all condos have and a very important designated parking spot.Since we go to Hawaii a lot, we are used to the noises that come through single wall construction - so the roosters and street noise and noisy neighbors comes with the territory. Conveniently located across the street from a Safeway that is open 24 hours I think and several dessert and eating places.The property is on a beach although this unit is behind the building that is actually facing the beach, so a short 2 min walk to the beach. The beach is probably not a great swimming beach as it looked rocky, but it was a good beach to wake up early and watch the sunrise on.15 min drive to airport (unless there's traffic). 1.5 hour drive around to west side Kokee state park. Probably about 40 min drive to south side Poipu area. And about 40 min drive to north side Hanalei Bay.Enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Kauai.
