Summary: We all had a good time. Place is very nice but has a few things that need repaired on the property. Had couple issues with power at the house but they fixed on a timely matter. Any renters coming to this area of the island make sure you know that if it gets too windy, they will shut power off. During this stay it was out close to 24 hours. Other things you need to watch for is tax increase. We bought and paid in full before end of the 2025 year and then they charge me the new tax rate and yet still owe them more money. They claim it is when you stay and not when you pay. All other place you pay tax when you buy items. Watch for parking anyplace will cost more than 20-30 a day. Overall, this is a nice place just Maui County is trying to chase people away. We will be going to a different Island from now on. Host gave us a late check out, that was very nice of them. I do know some of this is beyond control of host. Had a great stay overall just people need to know what they are getting into.
