Summary: I appreciate the host being super responsive with our concerns after the Kona Low storm hit the island. The cottage is quaint and nestled in the middle of a tropical forest. The sounds from the birds and bugs at night is a beautiful musical to fall asleep to. Everything was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the loft area where they got to sleep. I would not recommend this to families with very small children. Overall our stay was pleasant and within close proximity to the things we wanted to do. My only concern is the microwave. We used it on our last morning there only to find the inside is rusted and pealing. Probably not safe to microwave your food. It needs to be replaced. I love the concept of these themed cottages and only wish I could see the inside of the others. The decorations were so nice.
