Please Note:
- The restrooms and sauna on the 6th floor are currently closed for renovation construction since March 4th and will remain unavailable until further notice. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

The Building Features:
- A coffee shop located on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1.
- A convenience store next to the elevators in Tower 1.
- A coin machine situated on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2.

Please Note:
- Starting April 22nd, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo replacement. Expect potential wait times as only three elevators will be operational during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How to Reach Us:
- From Honolulu Airport, it’s just a brief 20-minute drive to your destination. Consider renting a car or taking a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic conditions.

Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM
- Check-out: before or at 10:00 AM

Starter Supplies:
- Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome kit featuring essentials like coffee grounds, filters, toilet paper, paper towels, and more, to make your transition to paradise smooth.

Housekeeping:
- Our professional housekeeping team adheres to strict procedures ensuring top-notch cleanliness across our properties. All linens and towels are cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing. Prior to each guest's arrival, trained inspectors conduct thorough checks.

Linens & Towels:
- Each guest receives one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel). Beds are outfitted with fresh linens, and additional bedding is stored in the closet for the sleeper
