Summary: The property was perfect for us. Quiet area, close to everything on the North side, beautiful grounds. The kitchen has all the utensils, pans, dishes, etc that you will need. There was dish soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, hand soap in the bathroom, toilet paper, and trash bags. We stayed in May and and were comfortable with the use of the fans. There were 2 snorkel masks and mouth pieces but no flippers so we rented some from Hanalei Surf Company- very reasonably priced. There were two boogie boards, sand toys, four beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, a small cooler and 2 beach bags.
