Summary: The house was very spacious, and the layout enabled people to have privacy as well as enjoying shared spaces. The property is even more attractive than the photos on the VRBO site. It was clean, and had weekly pool service and landscaper services. We ate on the lanai every evening. Very useful to have two refrigerators, and the pool house. Used the barbeque a lot. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions/requests, and was able to allow us early checkin. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and it is not crowded, even during the holiday season. Kailua is ideally situated for day trips to the North Shore,, Ala Moana mall, Pearl Harbour, and other sites. we were a family group of 7 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of space for everyone. The extras, such as lawn chairs, pool toys etc. made trips to local beaches very easy.
