This property has recently undergone significant renovations in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Located near the tranquil north shore of Oahu, away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, this penthouse is nestled between the serene sands and the lush Ko'olau Mountains. Delight in glorious sunrises while enjoying the soothing sounds and breezes from either of your two ocean-side lanais. The main level includes a cozy living room complete with a queen sofa sleeper and air conditioning, a well-appointed kitchen, a bedroom featuring a queen bed and a new bunk bed, a convenient bathroom, and a lanai.
Venture to the upper level to discover two additional bedrooms, each fitted with a queen bed and air conditioning—one equipped with an extra full over full bunk bed—alongside another bathroom, a full-size washer/dryer, and two more lanais. The kitchen comes with brand new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, while both bathrooms are upgraded with new massage showerheads. The comfortable trade winds are complemented by numerous fans throughout the space. The building features two elevators and a modestly updated workout facility, as well as a swimming pool and charcoal BBQ areas onsite.
Your stay will be hassle-free, with plenty of essential items provided for your convenience, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should you have any questions or require assistance during your time here, don't hesitate to reach out.
Please be advised that there is some construction occurring at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u), and you may encounter temporary scaffolding or noise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We understand that these factors could affect your experience, which is why we have discounted all nightly rates by 20% through 2024. If you choose to cancel due to construction concerns within 24 hours of booking, we’ll gladly provide a full refund. Most guests find their stay still exceeds expectations, and we hope you will too!

You'll also find an assortment of beach gear on the lanai, including several beach towels. Please note that while the condo is cleaned and stocked between stays, it is not replenished daily like a hotel. For visits longer than four or five days, we recommend guests bring additional personal items.
With one parking pass included for your vehicle, please remember to observe quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM to respect neighboring residents.
