Rest assured, our condo is fully operational and was unharmed by the recent fires in Lahaina. You'll find an array of restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential amenities within walking distance. The lively atmosphere of Front Street Lahaina is just about 8 miles away, while the famous Ka'anapali Beach and Whalers Village can be reached in approximately 6 miles.
Please note, check-in is unavailable on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We appreciate your understanding as our cleaning staff takes these holidays off.
This recently renovated one-bedroom condo features a queen-size bed along with a queen sleeper sofa equipped with a memory foam mattress in the living area. It is designed to provide you with comfort and relaxation during your stay.
The reef directly in front of our building is recognized as one of the premier spots for kitesurfing and windsurfing on Maui. When the winds are favorable, spectators are treated to an exciting display! Plus, renowned surfing beach S-Turns, known for its both left and right breaks, is just a short walk away. With typical NW swells generating 4-6 foot waves, it creates an ideal setting for longboarding—a rare experience on Maui.
Please be aware that smoking is prohibited inside the condo and on the lanai, with designated smoking areas available outside in the parking lot next to the street. Non-compliance with this rule may result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit.
Occasionally, maintenance staff or contractors may need to enter the condo. Please leave the keys inside the unit when you check out, and do not disconnect the wireless Internet. If you encounter any issues during your stay, such as broken items or missing essentials, feel free to reach out to us.
Note that there is no air conditioning in any of the 88 condos within our building. Fortunately, the reliable trade winds keep the condo comfortably cool, typically between 70-74 degrees Fahrenheit. We chose this location specifically for its favorable climate conditions, which make it significantly more affordable compared to hotter areas like Kihei or Lahaina.
However, there may be rare occasions when the winds die down. The ambient temperature generally ranges from 70-82 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, providing a pleasant atmosphere without excessive humidity. While we have only experienced a handful of "uncomfortable" days over the past five years, it’s worth noting for guests who might be sensitive to heat.
Fans are available for use in the living room and bedroom if needed, though they are seldom required.
Pest control treatments occur quarterly for our condominium complex, typically on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November. If you are concerned about pest management, please consider alternative accommodations, as bugs are common in Hawaii. The pest control products used are safe for pets and approved for food handling environments.

Utilize the beach gear available, which typically includes beach chairs, bodyboards, snorkels, fins, sand toys, coolers, and towels. Note that stand-up paddleboards at the northern end of the property are privately owned and not included for guest use.
Parking is provided for one vehicle per condo. If you have extra vehicles, alternate parking arrangements will need to be made. Be sure to fill out a temporary parking permit with your arrival and departure dates and place it on your dashboard.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located behind the office on the ground floor. Kindly clean up after using the laundry facilities, disposing of sand properly and ensuring the lint trap is maintained. Having multiple washers and dryers available allows for convenient laundry throughout your stay.
