• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed inside the villa, on open lanais, or in common areas.
• Please refrain from draping towels or clothing over railings and furniture on the lanai. Overnight sleeping or leaving personal items on the lanai is prohibited.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls with a valid parking permit; oversized vehicles should check with the front desk.
• Excessive noise or disturbances that affect the comfort of other guests are not permitted.
• Trash must be securely tied in bags before disposal down the trash chute; larger items can be taken to ground-floor receptacles.
• Recreational facilities are exclusively for registered owners and guests.

For your convenience, here are some important guidelines for using the recreation areas:

• Pools/Spas: Use at your own risk; no lifeguards are present. Only swimmers or those directly supervised by competent swimmers are allowed.
• No diving, jumping, running, or unsafe behaviors are permitted in the pools.
• Larger flotation devices such as boogie boards are not allowed. Swimming aids are acceptable.
• Individuals with communicable diseases are advised against using the pools/spas.
• Glassware and breakables are prohibited in pool decks and BBQ areas.
• Pool chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and unattended items may be removed.
• Children should be closely supervised when using fitness equipment.
