Summary: Excellent place for a true Kailua beach experience. Comfortable, private and clean, with well-stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels and equipment. Pleasant garden sitting area and walking distance to beaches, and all the cool spots. Sabine and Ray are wonderful resources and the large binder of things to do, menus, recommendations from from previous guests, inside info, tours, hiking tips was something I've never seen before. Highly recommend for singles or couples
