HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting directly through Vrbo. The cleaning fee covered in your payment will take care of post-stay cleaning and restocking. This is typically ample for stays of 3 to 4 days. For longer stays of 5 days or more, mid-stay cleaning will be provided at our expense.

Is this a condo or a hotel room? Both! The Kauai Beach Resort, formerly a Hilton hotel, features units that resemble hotel rooms but are privately owned "condotels." They operate similarly to luxury hotels, making it seamless for guests.

What's the difference between renting on Vrbo vs. the resort or travel agencies? The main benefits include significant cost savings and no daily maid service. Renting through Vrbo allows you to enjoy reduced rates while eliminating daily cleaning fees for shorter stays.

Do all units offer ocean views? No, while the resort is right on the beach, not all units have direct ocean views. Our unit is located on the second floor of Building 1 and provides pleasant partial ocean views coupled with scenic resort landscapes.

What about cooking facilities? Unfortunately, there are no kitchens in the units as they were originally designed as hotel rooms. However, a microwave is available for guest use in the lounge area of Building 2.
