Many restaurants, food courts, grocery store 7 convenience store within building or nearby. 2 br 2 ba condo unit has 2 large balconies with spectacular beautiful ocean, beach, Diamond Head, Hilton lagoon, fireworks views, fully stocked kitchen, entire unit newly remodeled, tile flooring. Designated working desk. Walk to sandy beach and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
Here are some house rules and information to avoid incurring any extra fees:
- No shoes are to be worn in the house.
- If guests are sandy, please rains off by beach. This ensures that sand is not tracked into the home.
- Laundry Room and Trash Room are found in the hallway by the elevator area. Please use appropriate recycle bins and leave cardboard inside Trash Room!
- If you are wet please avoid sitting on the furniture.
- You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors! Please be mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc as floor noise travels. Please follow the building operation hours.
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
- No Smoking except in the designated area, on the Hilton side of the valet parking booth by the building front entrance.
- Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only. Lobby pool opens between 7:30am to 9am for exercise only. Open to all guests from 9am to 7pm. Upper level / 2nd floor pool open from 9am to 5pm. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
- For health and safety reasons, do not feed birds and cats.
