Significant updates were completed on January 2, 2022, such as fresh paint throughout the unit, installation of a purified water reverse osmosis system with purification faucets in the kitchen, and thorough deep cleaning. Additionally, we’ve enhanced safety with newly installed emergency lights on the front deck and expanded the parking area for more convenience.
The studio features modern amenities including a queen-size memory foam mattress, plush pillows, a comfortable comforter set, and a dining table that doubles as a workspace. Other essentials include waterproof flooring, an apartment-size refrigerator, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, dresser, wall-mounted coat hanger, toilet, shower, bedside table, and a ceiling fan. For guests staying longer than 7 days, we offer complimentary linen exchanges every week. An iron and ironing board are also conveniently located next to the television for your use.
If you're traveling with a third guest, an air mattress is available upon request. Your peace of mind is a priority, as we provide 24-hour video surveillance in the parking areas and a private driveway designated for rental guests—please remember to drive slowly on the property.
