The villa comes with a garage and an assigned extra parking space. Featuring central air conditioning, it also grants you breathtaking views of the golf course. Upon entering the unit, you’ll be greeted by beautiful porcelain tile flooring throughout the main level, complemented by luxury island-style furnishings, a large-screen TV, and a captivating vista of the fairways. A brand-new air conditioning system was recently installed in November 2023.
