Upon your arrival on December 1st or later, your first vehicle will receive a blue parking tag, while any additional vehicles will be issued a red parking pass. However, please be aware that the red parking pass does not guarantee a parking spot for your second vehicle. In the event of high occupancy levels, you may need to relocate your second vehicle off-site by 5 PM on the same day to avoid fines. Fines are set at $200 if the vehicle remains after 5 PM, with an additional fee of $50 per hour thereafter until it is removed.

From August 19th to Mid-November, expect noise disruptions during the tile installation project affecting floors 2 & 3. Anticipate loud noise from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with particularly excessive noise from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, especially during the first week of demolition. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion, with potential construction delays.
