This well-appointed studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a king-size bed and a convenient twin sofa sleeper. Stay cool throughout the year thanks to central air conditioning and ceiling fans that ensure comfort during warm days. Step out onto your private lanai to enjoy captivating views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventure.

The thoughtful layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary explorations, along with a dining table for two. You will find a Smart TV with cable, a king-size bed, dresser, and two nightstands complete with USB chargers for all your devices. A sliding door provides easy access to the lanai, enhancing your indoor-outdoor living experience. Additionally, a closet stocked with beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler is available for your use.

Refresh in the bathroom, which is accessible from both the bedroom and living area, featuring a walk-in shower, single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxurious organic bath products provided by Stay Aloha. For outdoor dining, the lanai offers a table for two, setting the stage for romantic meals under the stars.

Your stay includes a starter kit from Stay Aloha filled with essential items such as laundry supplies and organic bath products. Plus, look forward to a special Aloha welcome gift upon arrival!

Please note there is currently construction for stucco repairs at the resort. However, this work does not affect your access to amenities, including the pool, fitness center, lobby, and elevators.

The Royal Kahana Resort boasts a beachfront swimming pool, BBQ area, a fully-equipped fitness center, ping pong, shuffleboard, and an Activities Center/Concierge on-site to assist you in planning your Maui adventures. Just across the street, visit the Kahana Gateway Center, which features a variety of restaurants, including the renowned Maui Brewing Company, along with shopping options such as McDonald's, a convenience store, a gas station, and more.

Parking information: Although we do not impose a resort fee, please be aware that there is a parking fee enforced at check-in. The rates are $18.00 per day plus tax for the first 30 days, and $10.00 per day plus tax for stays of 31 days or longer. Additionally, there is a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Beach information: The beach in front of the Royal Kahana may experience seasonal changes due to ocean currents impacting its appearance and size during the fall and winter months. While it’s possible that direct beach access might be limited at times, public access is just a five-minute stroll away, allowing you to enjoy the stunning shores of Kahana (Maui). Photos taken recently show usable beach areas, but conditions can vary.

Be aware that as part of Maui's rural charm, you may encounter the occasional rooster or harmless gecko—both considered good luck in Hawaii. Regular pest control services are conducted for ants, roaches, and rodents; however, complete control cannot be guaranteed in this tropical environment. Your comfort is our priority, and our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
