Welcome to your paradise getaway at the Royal Kahana Resort, where you can enjoy breathtaking ocean and island views from the 10th floor studio. This beautifully decorated space boasts classic tropical decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to three guests.

Your retreat features a king-size bed and a twin sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable accommodations. The modern kitchen and bathroom are equipped with sleek quartz countertops, providing you with a stylish and functional space to prepare meals and unwind. You'll stay cool year-round with central air conditioning, enhancing your comfort during your stay.

The layout of this stunning studio includes:

• Common Area: A fully equipped kitchen with upgraded quartz countertops, a dining table for two, Smart TV with cable, a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands with USB chargers, ceiling fan, and access to the lanai through sliding doors. A digital safe is provided for your valuables, along with a closet stocked with beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler.
• Bathroom: Accessible from both the bedroom and living area, it features a walk-in shower, a quartz countertop single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxurious organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.
• Lanai: Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets at the table for two while soaking in the magnificent ocean view.

Stay Aloha ensures your visit is seamless with a generous essentials starter kit that includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen supplies. You’ll also receive a delightful Aloha welcome gift upon arrival.

Please note that there is currently construction taking place for stucco repair on the building; however, it does not disrupt access to amenities such as the pool, fitness center, lobby, or elevators.

The Royal Kahana offers an array of fantastic resort amenities, including a beachfront swimming pool, BBQ area, on-site fitness room, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and an Activities Center/Concierge for planning your adventures. Just across the street, the Kahana Gateway Center features various dining options like the Maui Brewing Company, alongside convenience stores, a gas station, and ATMs.

For parking, please be aware that the resort has implemented a parking fee payable at check-in:

• First 30 days: $18.00 per day plus taxes
• 31+ days: $10.00 per day plus taxes

While enjoying the beautiful beachfront, be informed that seasonal ocean currents may affect the physical appearance and size of the beach. During fall and winter, some sand might wash away but will gradually return in spring and summer. No booking fees are charged, though a $50 Damage Insurance Fee applies, covering up to $1500 in damages in case of any accidental mishaps.

As part of the natural environment in Maui, you may encounter harmless geckos and occasional roosters, which are a common sight here. Regular pest control services are maintained by the HOA; however, complete eradication of local wildlife cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure your comfort.
