Summary: Property is lovely and overall well maintained. The villa is in need of some TLC and a bit of overall maintenance. The views were gorgeous and having the 2 lanais was fantastic. The 2 bedrooms besides the master are very tiny with very little air movement and would benefit from ceiling fans. One of those 2 bedrooms did not have any available closet space. The master was nice and had a private patio off the back but there were no chairs or furniture and one empty pot. Again, the views and the location of the villa were fantastic, but for the price the villa itself could stand a few enhancements.
