2. Quiet Hours - Maintain silence between 9 PM and 8 AM.
3. Use of Property - Only registered guests may use the property; no additional visitors allowed.
4. Parking - Ample parking is available; street parking is prohibited.
5. Age Requirement - At least one guest must be 25 years or older.
