This legally registered property caters to stays of 30 days or more. The home features an expansive layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating families comfortably. The self-check-in process ensures your privacy and convenience during your stay. Please note that by securing your reservation, you agree to adhere to the house rules. Non-compliance may lead to extra fees or eviction without a refund.

This property is intended for peace and relaxation; therefore, parties or events are strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized gatherings, guests will need to vacate immediately without a refund. We ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The rental allows only registered guests on the premises, and any violations will result in immediate removal of unregistered visitors. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and additional cleaning fees will be incurred for any damage or odors caused. Dining should ideally take place in designated areas, and proper disposal of food waste is expected.

As an energy-conscious residence, we appreciate your cooperation in turning off air conditioning and lights when not in use to avoid excessive charges. Guests may incur fees up to $300 for high AC consumption.

We kindly request that shoes remain outside the home, and rearranging furniture is not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless previously discussed with the owner. Late check-outs or early check-ins must be approved beforehand, and additional cleaning fees may apply if standard upkeep is exceeded.
