3. No smoking or vaping indoors. A $1,000 fine applies if this rule is broken.
4. Please remove shoes upon entering to preserve carpet cleanliness.
5. All remotes and key fobs should be returned after use; lost items carry a $100 fee per item.
6. Pets are not allowed without prior notification; service animals are welcome.
7. Maximum occupancy is strictly eight guests unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Parking is restricted to the driveway only; no street or garage parking permitted.
9. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to, with potential fees for deviations.
