Your top-floor villa ensures privacy while you enjoy views of the serene garden enclave from the lanai. The residence comes fully furnished with everything needed for an opulent Maui getaway, including a gourmet kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. The lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, complemented by ample lounging and dining space for gatherings.

A private garage and an ensuite full-size washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. Amenities at the resort include a variety of swimming pools, cascading waterfalls, a shallow children's pool, a 24-hour fitness facility, Duke's Beach House restaurant, and Whaler's General Store and Spa. Please note, however, that due to the ongoing impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, certain amenities may have altered availability.

In accordance with Hawaii state regulations, a total tax of 17.962% will be added to all transient accommodations, which includes an excise tax of 4.172% and a transient tax of 13.25%. These taxes are determined by your dates of stay and can change, leading to adjustments in charges or refunds as necessary.

For occupancy, any additional guests, including infants and toddlers, require prior approval and incur a fee of $100+tax per day. We offer a diverse selection of beautiful one, two, and three-bedroom condos located in the Hokulani and Konea towers, along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort. Please also note that the resort maintains a strict NO PET policy.

Please be aware of the cancellation policy: cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will incur a 10% fee based on the total. Cancellations within this 60-day window may result in full forfeiture of funds paid. We advise all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
