Additional conveniences such as private garages and ensuite washers and dryers ensure a hassle-free stay.

TAX INFORMATION: The State of Hawaii enforces a total tax rate of 17.962%, comprising an excise tax of 4.172% and a transient tax of 13.25%. This is applicable to all transient accommodations and will be detailed on your reservation confirmation. All guests should be aware that changes in tax rates may affect their booking costs.

OCCUPANCY POLICY: To maintain comfort and compliance, additional guests (including infants and toddlers) require prior approval, which incurs a fee of $100 + tax per day for each extra guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation made outside a 60-day window prior to your arrival is subject to a 10% fee of the total reservation cost.
