A minimum 31-day lease is required for all rentals. Please be aware that the boat dock and any stored boats are not available for guest use.

Parking is free and readily available for up to four vehicles, with this lovely rental positioned on the first floor.

The total cost of your reservation includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus applicable taxes (the “Damage Waiver”). This covers you for accidental damage up to $3,000, provided you inform the host before checking out. Enjoy peace of mind without the need for a traditional security deposit.
