Although traditional air conditioning is not present throughout the main living space (except for the Ohana), each room has screened windows that invite refreshing breezes. Fans are available to ensure your comfort, but you can also take a refreshing dip in the pool whenever you'd like. Embrace the Hawaiian lifestyle by enjoying the expansive covered lanai, which features elegant new patio furniture, a stainless steel grill, outdoor sectional seating, misters, and your inviting pool and hot tub.

For added comfort, air conditioning has been recently upgraded in the property. Due to Hawaii's elevated electricity costs, a fee will apply for its use, so please keep windows closed when air conditioning is operational.

The detached study adds an element of privacy, ideal for guests who prefer a quieter environment. Located adjacent to the garage, this private retreat includes two twin beds and is perfect for individuals on different schedules. While there is no bathroom in the study, it provides a convenient escape for relaxation or entertainment without disrupting those in the main house.

This beautiful home is not ideally suited for small children due to its numerous water features and open access to pools and waterfalls. If you plan to bring children, they must be at least 12 years old, and a waiver will be required. Your safety and enjoyment remain our top priorities.

To complete your booking, a picture ID and a photo of your credit card are mandatory. Please note that additional verification may be implemented for nearby bookings to prevent parties or gatherings.

House Rules

• No parties are allowed; noise restrictions are enforced strictly.
• Only guests listed on the reservation may enter the premises, and children require a signed liability waiver.
• Access to the property is restricted to those on the reservation list; gatherings should occur outside the complex.
• A maximum of two vehicles are permitted within the gated community.

By choosing to stay here, you agree to adhere to the house rules and accept any associated fines. Please respect the quiet neighborhood with full-time residents by avoiding loud music and festivities, particularly after 9 PM. Noise complaints will incur fines, as monitored by the installed devices.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and violators may face fines for noncompliance.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival incur a processing fee, while those made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
