This lovely condo comes equipped with essential amenities, including high-quality central air conditioning—one of the few properties in Kihei that offers this feature. You’ll also find ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area to ensure your comfort. The fully stocked kitchen includes a combination range/oven, large microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances you need for meal preparation.
The layout of the condo features two bedrooms situated on opposite sides, providing much-needed privacy. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with its own sliding door leading to the lanai, allowing you to watch the ocean while lying in bed. It includes a private bathroom with a makeup area and shower. Additionally, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. For extra sleeping space, the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed.
Your stay at Kauhale Makai (which translates to Village by the Sea) also grants you access to beautifully landscaped grounds and a variety of resort amenities, including adult and children’s pools, shuffleboard, putting green, well-maintained outdoor BBQ grills, coin-operated laundry facilities, and an elevator. We want to ensure you're beach-ready, so we provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler for your convenience. You'll also receive starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap upon arrival.
As part of our commitment to a healthy environment, Kauhale Makai is proud to be a smoke-free condo/resort. Upon check-in, you’ll receive information for parking and registration at the front office.
