The condo features two bathrooms - the main bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and the half bath provides easy access without traipsing through the bedroom. Two split-level AC units to keep you cool as well as ceiling and tower fans if you want to enjoy the tropical air. Fully outfitted kitchen with full sized fridge, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, Kurig as well as 3 cup coffee maker, blender and more. New stackable washer & dryer.
Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy the shared lawn area with 2 BBQs and tables or keep walking for easy access to the beach right across the street. Beach towels, boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs and more are provided for an easy getaway without having to bring too many of your own supplies. Want to stay closer to home? Onsite pool is open until 10pm daily. Games and puzzles are provided for those indoor days as well as cable TV and SmartTVs in the living area and bedroom.
