Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 7 nights. The location was good (GREAT view, close to the beach, grocery stores, and bus stops), and we had no issues checking in or out. The rental car place in the lower level was super convenient as well. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had the basic amenities we needed (microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes, etc.), but the room itself could really use some maintenance. The overhead lights didn't work (so we used the wall lights which did provide enough light), there were holes/chipping paint in the walls, the shower had rust spots and an old dirty liner, and there were ants. The Roku that comes with the TV was unusable because only half of the outlet was functional, so we couldn't use the TV, the wifi router, and the Roku all at the same time. The AC could use a new filter as well. Overall, we were moderately satisfied with the unit, but it didn't feel like the nice, comfy-cozy place to spend our vacation that we were hoping for.
