The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, including both a Keurig coffee maker for single servings and a traditional coffee pot for larger brews. An efficient A/C unit was installed in June 2024, ensuring the living area cools rapidly. Although the air does circulate to the bedroom, a separate unit hasn't been installed yet; however, fans will help distribute cooling throughout the home. You can also enjoy a pleasant evening breeze from the bay by opening the double sliding glass doors in the living room.

Your stay here includes all the essentials: towels, linens, blankets, and beach towels. Beachgoers will appreciate two folding chairs, an umbrella, collapsible wagon, and a small cooler for refreshments. There’s even Tupperware available for packing the perfect picnic lunch. Plus, a queen-sized blow-up mattress is included for families wanting their little ones close by or for teenagers needing their own space.

Situated on the third floor and conveniently located steps from the elevator, this quiet condo provides easy access to community amenities, including a pool, two rooftop decks, and parking for one vehicle.

Additionally, only one designated parking spot is available for this unit; any additional vehicles must park offsite at a paid lot as there is no street parking available.
