Please note that infants and toddlers under 2 years count as one guest, with a base rate covering the first four guests and an additional $25 per guest per night thereafter.

Hale Vu boasts unobstructed panoramic ocean views from every level, featuring glass panel lanais on the third floor and rooftop crow’s nest that allows you to enjoy sunbathing and whale watching right off-shore. The surrounding lava tide pools are rich in marine life, and you're likely to spot green turtles from various vantage points throughout the home. With vacant lots on either side, you’ll relish complete privacy, especially during nighttime when stargazing becomes an extraordinary delight due to minimal light pollution.

This luxurious accommodation includes three beautifully designed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The oceanfront master suite provides breathtaking vistas and direct lanai access, ensuring you awaken to spectacular sunrises and the gentle sound of the ocean breeze. In the master suite, you’ll find a king-size iComfort® split adjustable bed equipped with massage settings. The second bedroom features another king-size bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, allowing you to prepare delightful family meals when not exploring the stunning island surroundings. A dedicated laundry room with a large washer and dryer is also available for your convenience, alongside complimentary WiFi access. Your stay at Hale Vu will be managed by our attentive caretaker, Thom, who resides nearby and will provide insider tips and recommendations on local activities and dining options to enhance your experience.

It's important to note that the elevator is currently out of service, and access to all floors must be done via stairs. We adhere strictly to the Good Neighbor Policies set by the County of Hawaii to ensure a tranquil environment:

• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which noise should not disturb neighbors.
• Sound levels beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours should remain consistent with residential area standards.
• All guest vehicles must be parked in the garage.
• This vacation rental may only be used for residential purposes, not commercial events.

To maintain peace within the community, we limit the number of guests based on your reservation and contract. Loud parties or disturbances will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. If you're looking to host large events, please consider other accommodations, as Hale Vu emphasizes tranquility and relaxation.

Reservations and payments for this short-term vacation rental can exclusively be made through VRBO. Rates exclude taxes, cleaning, and applicable fees. Please remember that stays cannot exceed 30 consecutive calendar days per Hawaii County regulations.
