Summary: Rated 1 for communication and pool because we didn’t utilize either! There was no need to contact the property manager and we spent our time on the beach rather than the pool. We did do a walk by, and it seemed clean and nice! The house was clean and comfortable. It was amazing hearing the ocean from anywhere in the house and getting in and out of the community gate was a breeze!The beach access is very close, which was great! The public beach was fun and we saw lots of turtles!One downside is other neighbors started walking right through our patio area and we didn’t care too much for that, just be cautious as there aren’t any blinds for the sliding door.All in all, it was a nice place to spend a couple weeks! Pictures are from the patio!
