Summary: Amazing property for location, design, convenience, and amenities. I had 36 people (close friends and family) on the property and we were all very comfortable. We occupied all units on property. Everyone appreciated that we all could hang out, but still have our own space with our smaller groups. The backyard area is fantastic and the quality and design of all the units are top-notch. We also had a wedding on the property that turned out very well. Near the property are a lot of different shops and restaurants. The property is also close enough to the airport where I was easily able to shuttle people back and forth to save on car rentals. Jill, the property manager, was super helpful and almost always available since she does reside on the property. A couple of the AC units and the jacuzzi stopped working properly during our stay and she was very diligent in addressing those issues. Our goal for this trip was to find a property that could hold all 36 of us for a wedding and for a fun vacation where we could all hang out together along with the option for people to do their own thing around the island. This one was perfect for that and we highly recommend it! The following are bits of feedback from us that we feel could improve the property. Based on the website, we initially interpreted the layout of the property as 6 separate buildings, but it’s actually more like 3 duplexes. Parking is a bit tricky. We fit 4 vans and 1 Jeep pretty easily divided between the upper and lower lots. Any more than that would include a lot of shuffling cars around which is already not the easiest as there is limited space. Fortunately, additional vehicles can be parked along the street just outside the property. We think that a part of the wall on the lower lot could be opened up to make backing out of the lower lot easier. The property is not the easiest to find as there is no sign for it or no distinct address that we could identify. The jacuzzi was also not working properly for most of our stay which was a bummer since our reservation was well in advance enough that it could have been checked for proper functionality. It would be good to notice potential guests if other units will be occupied during their stay. The property is perfect for groups that are comfortable with each other and such, but we’re unsure how it would play out if all 6 units had 6 random groups together. Overall an amazing spot to be at though!
