This boutique community is unique, featuring only 50 units that enjoy the amenities typically found in much larger complexes. Picture yourself relaxing by the solar-heated pool and hot tub, beverage in hand, while watching surfers and paddle boarders or even catching glimpses of whales during their season. Gather with friends and family to experience breathtaking sunsets as they dip into the ocean—can you spot the elusive green flash?

Your unit, number 220, is situated on the top floor of this two-story building, accessible via a staircase. From your private lanai, you can relish panoramic views of the beautiful Maui coastline. This single-level condo includes a main bedroom furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen streaming HDTV. With a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living area, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The space is fully equipped, featuring a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located just minutes from South Maui's finest beaches, dining options, delightful local cafes, shopping, and attractions, you are perfectly positioned to explore everything the area has to offer. If you've ever dreamt of learning to surf, simply head across the street to the popular “Cove,” where experienced instructors welcome all ages and skill levels to join daily lessons. Alternatively, take a short stroll to Charlie Young Beach/Kamaole I, known for being one of the best swimming spots on Maui.

Kihei stands out as the sunniest location on Maui, averaging fewer than 13 inches of rainfall each year, ensuring you’ll enjoy bright, sunny days throughout your visit. In addition to its laid-back atmosphere, The Shores of Maui is conveniently located just a quick drive away from the luxurious shops and resorts of Wailea, allowing you to transition from casual beach life to upscale elegance within moments.

On-site amenities include a solar-heated pool, heated spa with jets, tennis court, covered outdoor dining area, and modern barbecue grills. One dedicated parking stall is included with your rental.

For your security and peace of mind, we have external security cameras monitoring the pool and parking lot areas.

PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 25% of the rent is required upon booking, with the remaining 75% due 60 days prior to your arrival. Property Damage Insurance is also required for this property. MONTHLY RATES are available at a discounted rate; please reach out for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in will incur a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 30 days of your stay are non-refundable.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Rates are based on two guests, with an additional charge of $25 per day for up to four occupants in the condo.
