Summary: Great location in the complex. Wonderful views of the ocean, mountains, beautiful koi ponds and sunsets. Lots of sun and shade on the decks. Extra refrigerator drawers are an amazing bonus. Condo is comfortable and spacious. The second bathroom is more spacious than most 2 bedrooms in complex due to good renovation choices. Beds and bedding are very comfortable but can’t speak to the pullouts since we didn’t use them. Well stocked condo (amazing that they have 2 umbrellas and just note that one has a better frame for wind so if you don’t need both use that one for sure). Owner and property management were excellent to deal with.
