Positive: It was in a safe and beautiful area on the golf course. Private and plenty of room in the house. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Washed our towels between laundry service visit. Enjoyed having A/C and the ceiling fans. Option to open sliders to have fresh air and hear the wildlife was nice. Close to restaurants and stores. Not too far to drive to the beach. Pool was never too crowded. People around seemed friendly.
Negative: House was a bit dated but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the home. Downstairs shower didn’t work correctly. Kept spraying water out the door. We just used the other available showers. Still need to let management know about that and the chair mentioned below. One dining room chair had a dangerously wobbly leg. We just moved it aside and stacked the clean laundry on it. Home could be stocked with a few more supplies such as toilet paper. We ran out.
Summary: Very enjoyable week with family.
