Positive: The location was great, beach was awesome. Rooms are nice
Negative: didn't really have a problem with the place at all. except! The location is great, the rooms are not bad. People at the front desk are very helpful. My bad experience which will make me or my friends and family NEVER stay here again come from the individual that maintains the pool in the evening. The pool closes at 8 pm, we overstayed that by a little bit. Another quest came to advise us it is closed and we should vacate, which we were in the process of doing very respectfully. This man comes over with a wagon full of stuff for the pool and starts yelling at us. Fine, whatever, we are adults we can take it, but then this JERK tells us to hurry up and get our kids out of the pool (they were gathering things) then he tells us he will make them move faster if he starts throwing ACID in there! We did call the police and this man has been temporarily removed from pool duty. I understand we did not follow the rules, however, he should NEVER threaten kids. I understand it was shock treatment he was referring to but that can harm the skin on kids.
