This historic residence features a fully equipped professional kitchen, showcasing top-of-the-line appliances, a separate ice maker, television, and bar seating, making it perfect for family culinary adventures. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room, designed to comfortably seat eight guests.

The spacious living room boasts cathedral ceilings and an abundance of natural light through expansive French doors that lead you to a private backyard retreat. Enjoy your days by the saltwater pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, or dine al fresco at one of the two outdoor tables. Additional amenities include a BBQ, poolside cabana, lounges, and ample pool seating.

Your comfort is assured with air-conditioned rooms featuring individual climate controls and televisions in all four bedrooms. The upstairs master suite provides a queen-size bed, an en-suite bath with stunning views of Diamond Head, and a large walk-in closet. On the ground floor, the Garden Suite offers French doors leading to the backyard, complete with its own private entrance, bathroom, a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed. Another queen bedroom includes an outdoor lanai overlooking the lush backyard, while the final bedroom impresses with vaulted ceilings and a king-size bed.

Located far enough from the bustling crowds of Waikiki, you'll find peace and serenity, yet all the attractions of the island are just minutes away. To enhance your Hawaiian experience, upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a selection of island fruits, treats, beverages, and several bottles of wine.

The Gingerbread House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, originally designed by J. Alvin Shadinger as his personal residence in 1931. Its Tudor-French Norman style has made it a beloved location for various films and television shows over the years and has recently undergone remodeling.

Your beautifully landscaped backyard offers complete privacy and features the saltwater pool, black tiled spa, covered lanai, and a separate gazebo, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. With two outdoor dining tables and various lounging options, it's a great spot to soak up the Hawaiian sun.

Conveniently located just minutes from Kahala Mall, Hanauma Bay, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and a variety of fine dining options, you'll have everything you need for your getaway.

Please note that a deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival, alongside a refundable $3,000 security deposit. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, a modified payment schedule will apply, which will be outlined in your reservation agreement. In compliance with local zoning laws, rentals are limited to one per 30-day period. Rates may change without notice.
