Summary: Clean yet dated. Bed okay. The ocean view is beautiful. Unfortunately this is not the place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. Despite earplugs, there’s two roosters who caw at 4:30,5:30, and 6:30 AM. They did it each morning of our stay. Additionally, the property is tidy but it comes at the cost of the onsite manager doing loud yard work at 8:30AM every other day. The doors facing the ocean close and provide some sound insulation. But, the front door is open air grate so there is no hiding from the roosters or the noise.
