This delightful two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has been thoughtfully updated, featuring a modern kitchen and fresh paint throughout, offering you a relaxing atmosphere during your Hawaiian retreat.

The spacious open floor plan invites you to unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and air conditioning for those warm Kona days. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart television or take a moment to relax on your private lanai while soaking in incredible ocean views and the sounds of nature waking up.

Your accommodations include a guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. Sunlight floods this room, providing ample space for you to store your belongings. The guest bathroom features a convenient bathtub and shower combination located just down the hall.

The primary suite boasts a luxurious king bed and direct access to the lanai, allowing you to enjoy the gentle Hawaiian breeze. If work calls, you'll find a desk ready for use in this serene space. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower.

You'll love being steps away from Magic Sands Beach and the casual dining experience at the Magic Sands Grill. Both projects are expected to conclude in approximately 7-8 months, though the beach remains open for enjoyment, monitored by Water Safety Officers from the Hawai'i Fire Department.
