Recently renovated, this Completely Remodeled Beach Condo boasts all the conveniences you desire for a perfect Hawaiian escape.

Situated conveniently across from Magics Beach Grill, you will find yourself moments away from some of the finest dining options on the Kona coast. Whether you crave a morning cup of locally sourced Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack or an inspired meal crafted from fresh ingredients, a culinary experience awaits right outside your door.

Upon entering unit 216, you will discover the guest bedroom to your right, featuring brand-new twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, complete with a smart TV and ample space for relaxation. The master bedroom offers a serene ensuite bathroom, a luxurious king bed, smart TV, and a peaceful shower area. You will adore the beach-chic ambiance that flows throughout the living spaces.

The heart of this home showcases an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room area. The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, and cookware, leading into a cozy breakfast nook and spacious dining area. After a long day of adventures, you can unwind on the sofa or take advantage of the workstation to handle any remote business needs. Don't forget to spend your evenings on the private lanai, where you can soak up captivating ocean views and enjoy the gentle shade while listening to the waves.

Please be aware that there are a few steps leading up to the elevator from the ground floor, and additional steps from the elevator to the unit, which may pose challenges for those with mobility concerns. While families are welcomed, please note that the lanai is not childproof. The condo comes equipped with central AC; however, as of June 4, 2023, it is undergoing maintenance and is expected to remain unavailable for approximately 6-8 weeks.

Additionally, the tennis courts within the complex are currently closed for renovations due to archaeological assessments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation has also temporarily closed La'aloa Beach Park and the south end of Magic Sands Beach Park for construction improvements. Both projects are set to be completed in around 7-8 months, but the beach area remains accessible for enjoyment, overseen by Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department.

Summary: We spent a week at this condo. The location was so great! It is literally right across the street from magic sand beach. We walked over to the beech and when we were done, there is a hose provided to rinse off before going to the condo. There were beach chairs, snorkels, fins, and umbrellas for use. They also had beach towels available. The condo was clean and plenty spacious for the four of us. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor community kitchen area was a nice bonus. The only negative we had during our stay was the air conditioning was not working properly. The management team was quick to dispatch a repair company and they had it functioning properly in short order. Overall a great stay!
