Positive: good care from Vacasa with updates about the condo such as flooding caused issues for the building we were in, offered to move me to accommodate my needs etc. Vaycasa employees were on site every day to answer questions or needs. Beautiful view from lanai and condo is on top 6th floor. Location is good with long beautiful beach but only one small sandwich shop/bar to serve food, must have a car to drive to Kehei, Wialea or North for any other restaurants, stores etc. Nice pool & BBQ area, lots of lounge chairs at pool & on grassy area.

Negative: condo itself was in dire need of improvements, carpet is old, torn in spots and stained; paint & trim all needed touch up, Lanai furniture is in need of replacement.

Summary: Liked the beach & staff but I may stay nearer town next time for ease of shopping & restaurants.
