All prices are subject to a tax rate of 17.42%. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. A cleaning fee of $225.00 applies, along with a damage protection waiver of $30.00 and a service fee of $50.00. To secure your booking, a deposit of $400.00 is required, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Regarding our cancellation policy: if you cancel before the full balance is due (30 days ahead of your arrival), only your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after payment in full may result in a refund for any nights we can successfully rebook, less the $400.00 deposit. If tourism closes down, you will receive a credit towards a future booking for the total amount paid, without having your balance processed. We highly recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.
