Summary: Great location, great view but that comes from the front balcony. The building is positioned so that 80% of the unit faces the neighboring buildings with the short side of the building facing the ocean, which is beautiful, and that balcony is spacious, with ocean song. The only thing I would be concerned with is in the summer when all the air condoners are on, the song will be drowned out. The other thing to note is the mildew problem. The management simply needs to clean better. There is quite a bit of mildew odor that should have been removed long ago, that's just unacceptable. Note: there is no wheelchair accessibility to the restroom. Beach access is quick but not do-able for handicapped.
