Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, placed conveniently close to several good restaurants and grocery stores.

The house itself will have a kitchen, a queen size bed, twin size bed, wifi, microwave, washer and dryer, private patio/deck with bar and more !

For parking you will have a personal carport attached to the property, and a private driveway that is secured by a gate.

The property is fenced to provide extra security and privacy.

Please pay attention to the following rules:

1. Only registered guests are allowed on property. No visitors without written owner's consent. The linen and towels are provided for registered guests.
2. No sub-leasing of any part of the home and/or property.
3. No parties/family reunions without written owner's consent.
4. One vehicle is allowed on the property. Please contact host if an additional vehicle is needed.
5. Absolutely no smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes/ vaping. No illegal drugs.
6. Use the washer and dryer only for your personal clothes and linen. Under no circumstances the washer and dryer can be used for anything else, included but not limited to carpets, footwear !! Please use the normal or quick wash/dry mode to the extent possible. Please do NOT use the heavy duty mode - this won't make your belongings cleaner or drier, but could damage them !
7. Please turn off all appliances when not used. Please do not keep windows open when A/C is on.
8. Must abide by all State and Federal Laws.
9. The host/owner holds no responsibility for any accident occurred on or around the property. All outdoor activities (included but not limited to swimming, surfing, kayaking) are on guests' own risk.
10. Rates are subject to change until reservation is booked.
11. Violation of any House Rule may result in immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction.
12. Government issued photo ID or Passport for all registered guests required at Check-In.
13. Please inform the host if leaving the property for more than one day.
14. Please keep the property gate closed
