Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented at the International Colony Club before and we absolutely love the location! It is just far enough away from the big resorts to be calm and peaceful, but you can still walk to the nearby beach or easily make a short drive to many other wonderful restaurants, beaches and snorkeling destinations. The floor plan for Cottage 43 is really open and beautiful. When booking Cottage 43 I accidentally failed to note in the amenities section that the unit DOES NOT have any air conditioning. The unit only has a couple of oscillating fans which we didn't find to be very helpful. Nevertheless, we did not let that spoil our fun in Maui or our enjoyment of Cottage 43 (and my overlooking of that detail in the amenities is no one's fault but my own). The unit was clean and the outdoor lanai was peaceful and relaxing, which is just what we were looking for!
