The lower level features a Great Room complete with a living room, kitchen, eating area, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite bath, ensuring flexibility for unexpected guests while preserving your privacy when not needed.

It's important to note that this residence is a legally recognized vacation rental property, officially licensed by the County of Maui. Unlike some unlicensed rentals operating without proper compliance and tax payments, rest assured that your accommodation is fully legitimate.

When it comes to cancellations, please be aware that our policy differs from what is reflected on some platforms. We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 180 days before arrival. Cancellations between 180 to 60 days will result in the loss of the initial deposit, while no refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival.

Our estate features a well-equipped laundry room and multiple refrigerators, accommodating larger groups seamlessly. The expansive entertainment area measures 31' x 23', with multiple dining options—both indoors and outdoors on the covered lanai. The shaded terrace, measuring 23' x 47', offers an additional 1,100 sq. ft. of outdoor living space, ensuring ample seating and cooking facilities for memorable gatherings. The solar-heated private pool is maintained weekly for year-round swimming comfort.

Many enhancements have been made over the years, including upgraded appliances, furnishings, and newly remodeled bathrooms. The property has been refreshed with new landscapes designed to enhance its beauty, featuring areca palms, plumeria trees, and more.
